What a fun day! Curtis and I walked through the top half of Central Park and saw the Great Hill, Laser Pool and Rink, and the Harlem Meer (pond). At the pond lots of people were fishing with corn and we saw one guy catch some sort of sun fish. We then walked through East Harlem and boy was I glad Curtis was with me. It was a bit sketchy around there. On 3rd and 110th was a nicer area that was fun and Curtis and I got some flavored ice. It tasted really good and I can see me getting that a lot in the summer. Once we got to 125th we met up with Josh (co-worker from Redmond) and headed for the Yankee stadium. We got there a couple hours early and found a place to eat by the stadium at a sports bar/bowling alley/restaurant. It was interesting and lots of other Mariner fans were there too.
We got inside the stadium an hour before the game and found our seats. We were at Tier 33 level front row. Behind us were a fun group of guy's that teased us but a few fans above us threw some cracker jacks at us when the Mariner's did something good. Thank goodness that was all and not beer. It was a fun game even though we got killed. Hopefully Saturday or Sunday game is better.
After the game we got on the train and got off at 125th to find Curtis a slice before we got home. We found a place and boy did he get a slice. It was meatball pizza that he got them to add pepperoni on top (heart burn city). I just got a Sicilian slice. We had a fun day and can't wait for another fun day with Curtis! :-) See pictures

Sounds like a great time, except the game score. At least you got in on the excitement of the manager McLaren getting ejected from the game. Sounds like managers are having some challenges. Know you will have another fun day. Love, JY
