The three of us!

Saturday morning we slept in and boy that felt good; we were tired. To start our day Mom and Dad helped me find a gym (they are so sweet). I got a membership to New York Sports Club right by my apt. They had a deal going on so my membership includes all NYSC which is awesome! There are also two gym's right by work and one of them has an Olympic size pool. Can't wait to try it out. Once we finished at NYSC we headed to midtown and stopped off at Zabar's Cafe to grad a quick bite. We all got panini's and mom loved them! Then we headed to midtown for the longest running play on Broadway, A Chorus Line. The play was simple in costumes but the singing was fantastic along with the acting. Then headed back home to get ready for the our sail boat ride.

After we finished getting ready we stopped off at the local store and got some food for dinner. Then we headed to Chelsea Piers, #59 and checked in. While we waited we sat on a bench nearby and ate our dinner. It was gorgeous and relaxing to sit there by the water eating with hardly any people or traffic noise. Our sail boat's name was Imagine and it was a 80 feet long schooner. Mom wanted to sit in the front and it was the best spot, nice job mom! Once we set sail it was still light out and we had front row seats to see the city on our way out to Liberty Island. Once we were in the middle of the harbor the sun started to set an we had a night view all the way back. What a wonderful time that was. The weather turned out great and there was lots of wind for the sail. Mom and Dad had a relaxing and refreshing time.

After we got done with the sail, we went next door to Izod. This golf club was a huge driving range and we all took our turn at swinging, even mom! This video is my favorite :-) (watch mommy hit dad and then keep swinging the club)

On our way home it started to poor down raining and were glad it waited til we were done with the sail; we got lucky it held off that long. When we got to the subway it was shut down for construction (annoyingly common) and stopped at Breadstix Cafe on 23rd and 8th for some tasty treats. Dad got an apple pie and some fresh squeezed orange juice, mom got a blueberry tart, and I got cheesecake. Dad was in heaven with that apple pie, he kept moaning and groaning over it. Mom and I kept giggling at him. After dad finished eating the WHOLE pie we caught a cab home and went straight to bed. We were all so exhausted. See pictures
