My mom wrote me yesterday to update me on Grammie:
The cancer has actually spread to the lymph nodes in her neck, and she is now taking a high powered pill to get try to kill the cancer cells. I am going to take her to a cancer specialist when she is here to get a second opinion and maybe some other treatment out here. But she has waited awfully long (because she didn’t want to come out here until after Marty’s service).
I guess she is worse than I thought :-(
