Flea market hoping

Before Julia got here I mapped out some flea markets for us to check out today. It was going to be another cold day so we bundled up good and headed to our first flea market near my house, Green Flea Market. There wasn't much outside because of the weather but the inside area was packed. Julia had fun looking around but didn't find anything there. We then headed to Annex Flea Market on 39th near Hells Kitchen area but most all the stands were packing up when we got there because of the cold. It was around 15 degrees outside today, bbbrrrrr! Our next stop was at Antiques Garage on 39th and 6th. This place is a huge two story warehouse full of anything you can imagine. Julia was excited for she found a great deal on some beads and sequence that are very hard to find. I found a beautiful vase for a great deal so I was super excited too! When we left there we checked out one more outdoor flea market across the street and then we couldn't take the cold anymore, we were DONE! We hopped on the subway and stopped in Times Square for dinner at Bella Vita Pizzeria and then went to see a movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Both dinner and the movie were excellent and Julia also enjoyed getting to see Times Square at night.

It is Julia's last night here and I will be sad when she leaves tomorrow. It has been such a blast having her here and what a great time we've had :-)
